Who am I?
Jessica grew up in the country on the outskirts of Modesto, CA on family property. Family is everything to Jessica and she loves entertaining and getting together with her family. She was born and raised in the Central Valley and spent many weekends at the family cabin in the sierras.
Jessica is known to be hardworking, smart, innovative, determined, loyal and trustworthy. She has been involved in clubs, networking groups and sports all the way up to the collegiate level that have helped develop her expert sales skills.
Jessica utilizes her college education, leadership + coaching roles, and 7 years of sales and management experience with every transaction.
Since switching careers and becoming a real estate agent in March of 2020, Jessica has been able to successfully help people with the sale of their home, buying their first home as well as their first, second, third and fourth investment properties, finding a dream home, downsizing, probate sales and relocation sales!
My approach
I have always been captivated by real estate and have a genuine want to help and serve people. My first priority is to get to know my client and learn about what their needs and desires are for their future. Once the end goal is established, we officially start the homebuying journey. As a real estate expert, I combine my expert communication, negotiation skills and knowledge to serve my clients.
